The first fund EC I is a private equity fund with € 102M AUM focalized on majority shares of family-owned companies to support their growth and development on dimensional and managerial level.
So far, the Fund completed 7 deals, included 2 add-ons, implementing a buy and build strategy with an hands on approach, appointing new managers, enhancing plants capacity with a sustainable attitude.
