David Manlowe is CEO of Benefit Street Partners, Franklin Templeton’s alternative credit manager with $93 billion in assets under management. He is based in BSP’s New York office. Prior to joining the firm, David was COO of Global Capital Markets, Chairman of the Global Banking Equity Investment Committee, and Chairman of the Global Capital Markets Compensation Committee at Deutsche Bank. He also served as Americas Head of Company Equity and Credit Research and Americas Co-head of Cash Equities Sales and Trading while at Deutsche Bank. Previously, David was an equity analyst at PaineWebber and NatWest. He received a Master of Science from the University of California, Berkeley and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Washington, Seattle.
