Noor Sweid is a founder, operator, and investor with over twenty years’ experience in building, scaling and investing.
As the founder and Managing Partner of Global Ventures, she partners with entrepreneurs building category-defining businesses at the intersection of technology, capital, and structural transformation.
Prior to venture capital, she led the IPO of one of the Middle East’s earliest unicorns on the London Stock Exchange and NASDAQ Dubai in 2008. She also founded, scaled, and successfully exited ZenYoga, the region’s first yoga chain and leading wellness platform.
Her mission is to help the next generation navigate through their professional and personal journeys without fear. For Noor, the work is inseparable from who you become doing it.

She is the author of the Amazon bestselling book Coming of Age; an investor on Shark Tank Dubai; and a prominent voice in entrepreneurship and venture capital globally.
Noor is a guest lecturer at MIT, Stanford University, INSEAD, and London Business School. She is an MIT Sloan graduate, Aspen Fellow, Kauffman Fellow, and a member of the World Economic Forum’s YGL community.
